Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and, at launch, a resident of Australia, with the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

Mavitra lets you convert eligible loyalty points into gift cards for everyday spending. The service is currently in a pre-launch phase; some features are available by waitlist only, and features and availability may change.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login details secure, and for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

Your loyalty points remain subject to the terms of the programs that issue them. When you request a conversion, you authorise us to act on your instruction. We show you the number of points a gift card requires before you confirm. We only issue a gift card once your redemption has been confirmed. Once confirmed, a conversion may not be reversible. Available brands and the points required may change over time.

Gift cards are issued by third-party providers and are subject to those providers' terms and conditions, including any expiry dates and usage conditions. Mavitra is not the issuer of the gift cards.

Any fees that apply to a conversion are shown to you before you confirm. There are no hidden charges.

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, not to use accounts or points that are not yours, and not to interfere with or attempt to circumvent the service or its security.

Mavitra is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any loyalty program or brand. All third-party trade marks belong to their respective owners. Your participation in any loyalty program is governed by that program's own terms, and a program may restrict, suspend or revoke points at its discretion; that is outside our control.

The Mavitra name, logo, website and content are owned by Mavitra Pty Ltd or its licensors and may not be used without our permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we do not warrant that any loyalty program will permit conversions or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, Mavitra is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) for the relevant transaction. This clause does not limit liability that cannot be limited under the Australian Consumer Law.

You agree to indemnify Mavitra against claims and losses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the service, to the extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you breach these terms or where reasonably necessary to protect the service or other users.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the "last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
