Works with Claude and ChatGPT
Ask your AI assistant about your points.
Connect Claude or ChatGPT to your Mavitra dashboard and ask in plain English: what your points are worth, what's expiring, how close you are to that flight. Free, read-only, and you can disconnect any time.
Try asking
"What are all my points worth right now?"
"Which of my points expire first, and when?"
"How close am I to my Tokyo flight goal?"
"Tell me when I can use my points on Bunnings."
Connect in three steps
- Step 1
Open Connected assistants
In the Mavitra app: Account → Connected assistants → Connect Claude or Connect ChatGPT.
- Step 2
Copy your private link
You get a personal connector link, shown once. Treat it like a password.
- Step 3
Paste it into your assistant
Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. ChatGPT: Settings → Connectors. Name it Mavitra.
What it can do
- Read your programs, balances and estimated values
- Tell you what's expiring and how your goals are going
- Put you on the list for a gift card when you ask
What it can't
- Move points, buy anything or change a balance
- See member numbers, card numbers or anyone else's data
- Keep working after you disconnect it
Your link, your data
Each assistant gets its own private link. We store only a fingerprint of it, never the link itself.
Disconnect any time
One tap in the app and the link stops working on the next question.
Every call on the record
Each question your assistant asks shows on your Activity, with a reference our team can look up.
Questions
- Does it cost anything?
- No. Connecting an assistant is free. Your assistant's own plan (Claude or ChatGPT) is between you and them.
- Are the values exact?
- They're Mavitra's estimates of what your points are worth in gift cards, labelled as estimates. A quote in the app is the real number.
- Can my assistant convert my points?
- No. It can only read, and put you on the list for a gift card. Anything that moves points happens in the Mavitra app, with you confirming it.
- What do Claude or ChatGPT see?
- Only the answers to the questions you ask — programs, balances, estimated values, expiries and goals. Never member numbers, card numbers or anyone else's data. Privacy.
